SnekQ Subscription Information

Monthly and annual plans unlock the same complete SnekQ AI feature set. A separate SnekQ login is not required.

• Annual: $29.99 per year
• Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day introductory trial when Apple displays the offer

Purchase and restoration

Apple processes payment and determines trial eligibility. The app includes Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription controls. Eligible active purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID after reinstalling or moving to another device.

What remains available without an active subscription

Previously saved reports and photos, History, private encounter map, notes, favorites, collections, On This Day memories, sharing, static knowledge articles, reviewed quizzes, badges, progress, and general safety content remain available. New identifications, reanalysis, AI explanations, and other fresh AI requests require active access.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Apple subscription settings. Canceling renewal does not end access before the paid period expires. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Billing issues, refunds, and revocation

Apple controls billing retry, grace periods, refunds, and revocations. SnekQ rechecks verified App Store entitlement status and may pause fresh AI work when Apple no longer reports active or grace-period access.

Fair use

Subscribers may perform ordinary personal-use identifications subject to reasonable safeguards against automation, bulk commercial processing, abuse, repeated duplicates, and threats to service availability or cost.
