SnekQ Data and Deletion

Local history

SnekQ encounter history, original photos, notes, favorites, quiz progress, badges, and memories are normally stored on the device. Delete individual encounters in the app when that control is available, or delete the app to remove its local container, subject to Apple backup behavior.

Ordinary server processing

Ordinary scan photos are deleted after processing and are not maintained as a SnekQ cloud photo library.

Inaccuracy reports and support tickets

Use the support page to request access, correction, or deletion involving a retained inaccuracy report or Handy HQ support ticket. SnekQ may need the report identifier, approximate date, and other information to locate the record. Some minimal security, legal, or audit information may be retained when required.
